Comment policy
Comments are for helping other players: where something drops, how to reach it, what changed, what to watch out for.
Signing in
You sign in with Battle.net. We keep your Battle.net account number, your BattleTag, and the list of your WoW: Forever characters (name, surname, class, level, and portrait), refreshed each time you sign in. We never see your password or email, and we don't use your account for anything else.
Comments show one of your characters, with its name, class color, level, and portrait. At first that's your highest-level character; pick another, or the name part of your BattleTag, from the menu under your portrait at any time. Each comment keeps the name it was posted under. Your full BattleTag is visible only to moderators.
What gets removed
- Harassment, hate, or personal attacks.
- Spam, advertising, gold selling, and links to cheats or account services.
- Other people's personal information.
- Anything illegal, or that breaks Blizzard's terms.
How moderation works
Your first comment shows to others once a moderator approves it; after that, your comments post straight away. If several people report a comment, it's hidden until a moderator looks at it. Repeated or serious problems get an account banned from commenting.
You can delete your own comments at any time.
